Dr. Garcia-Rosell and Dr. Braggs are not in network with insurance. Insurance still works for labs, imaging, and medication.

If your doctor decides that you need continued care, your monthly membership fee will be due the month after your new patient appointment. It will be charged monthly afterwards.

There is a 50% no-show fee for New Patient Consultation

How our office works

Start with a visit-Membership only if it’s the right fit.

  • Step 1: New Patient Visit
    Meet your rheumatology provider, review your history, and build a diagnostic plan

  • Step 2: Follow‑Up Visit
    Review results, confirm diagnosis, and create your treatment strategy

  • Step 3: Ongoing Care (Membership)
    If continued care is needed, transition to a monthly plan for ongoing management and access

New Patient Consultation

$400 for initial visit and follow up visit included

All patients are required to have a new patient visit.

New patient visits are up to 1 hour long and include a 15-minute follow-up within 2 weeks.

This will include review of records and most likely additional testing will be ordered at this visit including labs and imaging as felt necessary.

Please note that while the provider is out-of-network,medications, laboratory services, and imaging are typically covered and billed to your insurance as they normall would be.

Riverstone Membership

$115 per month

  • Direct access to your provider: Easier communication and continuity of care.

  • Visits: Unlimited

  • Injections: Covers appropriate injections.

  • No Extra Fees: Prior authorizations and form completions are included.

  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. There is a 3 month minimum

  • Resumption Fee: A $200 fee applies to resume membership after cancellation.

*Non-member options may be available ONLY at provider discretion. This option is billed per visit at $285 for patients who require minimal care between visits and follow-up only up to 2 times per year.

Medicare patients will be required to sign opt-out contract stating that they understand that they may not submit for reimbursement for Medicare for any of our visit charges and memberships.
