You do pay for your new patient visit which includes a follow-up. You pay at time of visit with check, card, or cash.

Membership will be automatically withdrawn from either any credit/debit card or bank account.

We do not accept insurance for office visits. Insurance still works for labs, imaging, and medication.

If you have commercial insurance (not Medicare), then you may be able to submit a claim to your insurance as out of network. You can contact your insurance company to ask specific questions regarding reimbursement.

Pay $115 per month and receive unlimited visits per year. This includes intramuscular,joint, and trigger point injections.. Prior authorizations, forms, and continuous communication included.
